DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE: CODE OF CONDUCT & PROTOCOL
(Sections I to IV remain as previously drafted)
V. PARENTAL CODE OF CONDUCT & INTERFERENCE POLICY
RBCL maintains a professional environment for young athletes. Parents and guardians must strictly adhere to the following:
Non-Interference with Management: No parent or guardian shall engage in arguments, debates, or disputes with coaches, selectors, or management during trials or live matches. Any grievance must be addressed through official channels only.
Prohibition of Intoxicants: Entry to the ground under the influence of alcohol, tobacco, or any prohibited substances is strictly forbidden. Any parent found intoxicated will be removed immediately, and their child may face suspension.
Player-Parent Distance: To maintain professional discipline, parents must maintain a designated physical distance from the players' dugout and the field during match hours. Interference in team strategy or player focus is prohibited.
Mobile Phone Policy: Players are strictly prohibited from using mobile phones during match hours. Parents are requested not to contact players via phone during the game to ensure full concentration.
Equal Opportunity Mandate: RBCL operates on the principle of "All Players are Equal." Parents shall not force, coerce, or influence management to provide "extra chances" or special treatment to their child. Selection and game-time are based strictly on merit and team requirements.
"I/We understand that by participating in the RBCL, both the player and the parents are subject to the jurisdiction of the Disciplinary Committee. I acknowledge that if my registration is canceled due to a disciplinary breach by the player or the parent, no refund shall be provided. I/We agree that in the eyes of RBCL, every player is equal, and I will not interfere with the professional judgment of the coaches."
We acknowledge that all rules and conditions set by RBCL are binding on us. We also understand that the decisions of the coaches and selectors regarding player selection are final and irrevocable, and no challenge or objection will be raised against them.
We understand that RBCL management will not be responsible for any injuries sustained during play. In case I am unable to continue participation due to injury or any medical condition, the registration fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
To ensure the smooth conduct of the league and address unforeseen challenges, RBCL management reserves certain exclusive and non-negotiable rights, the most important being the right to change the venue and timing of events.
