Rising Bharat Cricket League 

1. Introduction
Welcome to the Rising Bharat Cricket League (“RBCL”). By accessing this website, registering for trials, or participating in any RBCL activity, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with registration or payment.

2. Eligibility

Participants must provide accurate personal details during registration.

RBCL reserves the right to verify player information at any stage.

Submission of false information may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

3. Registration & Participation

Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.

Participation in trials, matches, or league activities does not guarantee selection.

RBCL selection decisions shall be final and binding.

4. Payments & Fees

All payments must be made through authorized RBCL payment channels.

Fees displayed on the website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

RBCL reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

5. Strict Non-Refund Policy

All payments made toward registration, trials, league participation, uniforms, or any RBCL services are:

NON-REFUNDABLE
NON-TRANSFERABLE

No refunds shall be issued under any circumstances including:

Non-selection

Absence from trials/matches, Injury or medical issues, Personal reasons,Schedule or venue changes

Event postponement due to weather or operational reasons

6. Player Conduct & Discipline

Participants must maintain discipline, sportsmanship, and respect toward:

Officials, Organizers,Opponents,Match authorities

RBCL reserves the right to suspend or remove any participant for misconduct without refund.

7. Organizer Rights

RBCL reserves full authority to:

Modify tournament format or schedule

Change venues or match timings

Update policies or rules

Accept or reject any registration

Suspend participation for rule violations

8. Intellectual Property

All content including:
League name,Logo,Branding ,Media content ,Photographs & videos

are the exclusive property of RBCL and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Media & Promotional Rights

By participating, players grant RBCL permission to:

Capture photos/videos

Use player images for promotion

Publish match footage on digital platforms

No compensation shall be payable for such usage.

10. Limitation of Liability

RBCL shall not be liable for:

Injuries sustained during participation

Travel or accommodation losses

Technical payment failures

External circumstances beyond organizer control

Participation is entirely at the player’s own risk.

11. Chargeback & Payment Disputes

Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks without contacting RBCL support first shall be considered a violation of league policy.

RBCL may:

Cancel participation

Block future registrations

Initiate legal recovery actions

12. GST & Compliance

GST collected is deposited as per Government of India regulations.

Tax payments are non-refundable.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts determined by RBCL management.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or making payment, the participant confirms:

They have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

They agree to abide by all RBCL rules and policies.

Player Declaration & Agreement

I, the participant/player, hereby declare and agree that:

I am voluntarily registering for the Rising Bharat Cricket League (RBCL).

I understand that registration or payment does not guarantee team selection.

I accept that all payments made are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

I agree to follow all RBCL rules, disciplinary policies, and organizer decisions.

I accept full responsibility for my physical fitness and participation risks.

I release RBCL, its organizers, management, sponsors, and affiliates from any liability arising from injury, loss, or damage during participation.

I authorize RBCL to use my name, photographs, and match footage for promotional purposes.

I agree not to initiate payment disputes or legal claims without first contacting RBCL support.

I confirm that all information provided by me is true and accurate.

I understand that violation of RBCL policies may result in suspension or permanent ban without refund.
By clicking “I Agree” and completing payment, this agreement becomes legally binding.

“I have read and agree to the RBCL Terms & Conditions, Payment Policy, and Player Agreement. I understand that all payments are non-refundable.”
