These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Rising Bharat Cricket League (RBCL). By registering for trials, league matches, state matches, or any RBCL event, the participant (and parent/guardian in case of minors) agrees to the following legally binding terms.

1️⃣ Eligibility & Registration

1. All players must provide accurate personal details and valid age proof documents.

2. Any false information, forged documents, or age manipulation will lead to immediate disqualification without refund.

3. Registration is confirmed only after successful payment of applicable fees.

4. Registration does not guarantee selection in the league or state/national pathway.

2️⃣ Selection Policy

1. Player selection is strictly based on:

   • Skill performance

   • Match performance

   • Fitness standards

   • Discipline & conduct

2. Decisions of coaches, selectors, and management are final and cannot be challenged.

3. RBCL is not obligated to disclose detailed selection criteria or performance evaluations.

3️⃣ Fees & Payment Policy (Strictly Non-Refundable)

1. All registration, trial, and league fees are:

   • Non-refundable

   • Non-transferable

   • Non-adjustable

2. Payment gateway charges, taxes (including GST), or third-party transaction fees are borne by the participant.

3. Fees will not be refunded in case of:

   • Non-selection

   • Injury

   • Absence

   • Personal reasons

   • Disciplinary removal

   • Event postponement or cancellation due to force majeure

4️⃣ Code of Conduct

1. Every player must maintain sportsmanship, discipline, and respectful behavior.

2. Any act of:

   • Misconduct

   • Violence

   • Abuse of officials

   • Defamation of RBCL (offline or online)

   • Match-fixing or unethical behavior

   may result in suspension or permanent ban without refund.

5️⃣ Health & Safety Disclaimer

1. Cricket is a physical sport involving inherent risks of injury.

2. RBCL, its management, directors, coaches, staff, sponsors, and venue partners shall not be held liable for:

   • Injuries

   • Accidents

   • Medical emergencies

   • Loss of personal belongings

3. Players participate at their own risk.

4. It is the responsibility of the player/guardian to ensure medical fitness before participation.

6️⃣ Right to Modify Venue, Schedule & Format

RBCL reserves the exclusive right to:

• Change venue

• Modify match timings

• Reschedule matches

• Alter format or number of overs

• Postpone or cancel events

Such changes may occur due to:

• Weather conditions

• Government orders

• Security concerns

• Operational or technical reasons

• Force majeure situations

All decisions of the management shall be final and binding.

7️⃣ Media & Promotional Rights

1. RBCL holds full rights to use player:

   • Name

   • Photograph

   • Video footage

   • Performance data

   for promotional, digital, broadcasting, and marketing purposes.

2. No compensation shall be claimed for such usage.

3. All league media content remains exclusive property of RBCL.

8️⃣ Sponsorship & Commercial Rights

1. Players must wear official jerseys and follow sponsor guidelines.

2. Personal sponsorship display requires prior written approval from RBCL management.

9️⃣ Disciplinary Authority

1. RBCL has the authority to suspend, disqualify, or remove any participant.

2. Disciplinary Committee decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

🔟 Force Majeure

RBCL shall not be held responsible for delay, suspension, or cancellation of events due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions

• Pandemic situations

• Civil unrest

• Technical breakdowns

No refund shall be issued in such cases.

1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

2. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India only.

By completing registration and payment, the participant confirms that:

• All terms have been read and understood.

• Participation is voluntary.

• The participant agrees to comply fully with RBCL policies.
