The Rising Bharat Cricket League (RBCL) Anti-Corruption Committee is established to protect the integrity of the game and maintain a fair, transparent, and ethical environment for all participants. RBCL believes that every player's success should be based on talent, performance, discipline, and merit, free from corruption or unfair influence.

Objectives

• Promote honesty, transparency, and fair competition.
• Prevent corruption, match-fixing, spot-fixing, and illegal betting.
• Ensure a merit-based player selection process.
• Protect the interests of players, coaches, officials, and stakeholders.
• Encourage ethical behavior and sportsmanship throughout RBCL events.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

RBCL maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against:

• Match-fixing or spot-fixing.
• Bribery, gifts, or unauthorized financial influence.
• Betting or gambling related to RBCL events.
• Manipulation of player selection or match results.
• Submission of fake documents or false age certificates.
• Fraudulent registrations or identity misrepresentation.
• Threats, harassment, abuse, or intimidation of players, coaches, umpires, officials, or management.

Reporting Misconduct

Any player, parent, coach, official, volunteer, or stakeholder who becomes aware of suspicious activity or unethical conduct should report it immediately to the RBCL Management or Anti-Corruption Committee. Reports will be handled confidentially and reviewed fairly.

Investigation & Disciplinary Action

If an individual is found involved in corruption, fraud, cheating, misconduct, or any activity that compromises the integrity of RBCL, the organization reserves the right to:

• Reject or cancel registration.
• Suspend or permanently disqualify the individual.
• Cancel selection, league participation, sponsorship, or other benefits.
• Take disciplinary action as deemed appropriate.
• Refer the matter to the relevant legal or regulatory authorities where applicable.
