Responsibilities of the RBCL Organizing Team

- Manage registrations, communications, and official announcements.
- Promote the development of young cricketers through competitive opportunities.
Authority
The RBCL Organizing Committee reserves the right to:
- Modify schedules, venues, formats, or rules when necessary.
- Verify player eligibility and documentation.
- Take disciplinary action against misconduct or rule violations.
- Make final decisions regarding selections, disputes, and league operations, which shall be final and binding.
