RBCL – Terms & Conditions
- Registration is valid only after successful online submission and payment of the applicable fee.
- RBCL reserves the right to change the venue, date, schedule, trial format, match format, eligibility criteria, registration fees, league fees, or any program details at any time without prior notice.
- Participation in RBCL Trials, League Matches, Camps, or any RBCL event does not guarantee selection for the next stage.
- Selection is based solely on a player's performance, skill, discipline, potential, and the decision of the RBCL Selection Committee.
- All registration fees, trial fees, league fees, and any other payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If a player is absent from a scheduled Trial, League Match, Camp, or any RBCL event, RBCL is not obligated to provide a second chance or reschedule the participation.
- The trial format, number of balls, venue, practice conditions, and pitch type (turf, cement, mat, or indoor nets) may vary depending on the event and management requirements.
- Players must carry valid identity proof, age proof, and registration confirmation on the day of the event.
- Any false information, incorrect age declaration, or forged documents may result in immediate cancellation of registration or selection without any refund.
- Players must follow all instructions issued by RBCL Management, Coaches, Umpires, Officials, and Event Staff.
- Any parent, guardian, or representative who argues with, threatens, abuses, or interferes with RBCL Management, Coaches, Umpires, Officials, or attempts to disrupt or stop a Trial or Match may lead to the immediate disqualification of the player and further action by RBCL.
- Alcohol, tobacco, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, drugs, or any intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited at the venue.
- Players participate in RBCL Trials, Camps, and Matches entirely at their own risk.
- RBCL, its management, coaches, officials, organizers, or partners shall not be responsible for any injury, illness, accident, loss, damage, or medical expenses arising during participation.
- Every player is responsible for ensuring that they are physically and medically fit to participate in cricket activities.
- Progression to Selection League Matches, ODI Matches, Camps, National League, or any higher stage will depend solely on performance and RBCL's evaluation process.
- Sponsorships, scholarships, academy support, cricket kits, equipment support, diet and gym support, annual league fee support, job opportunities, or any other benefits are merit-based, subject to player grading, availability, and RBCL policy. They are not guaranteed to every participant.
- RBCL reserves the right to use players' photographs, videos, match footage, interviews, and related content for promotional, educational, marketing, social media, website, and official purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by applicable law.
- Any misconduct, cheating, indiscipline, violence, abusive behavior, or actions that damage the reputation or operations of RBCL may result in immediate disqualification or removal from the program without refund.
- The decisions of RBCL Management and the Selection Committee regarding selection, discipline, eligibility, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be final and binding. RBCL reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions whenever necessary.

Advancement to Selection League Matches, ODI Matches, Camps, National League, or any higher stage will depend on performance and RBCL's evaluation process.
Sponsorships, scholarships, academy support, cricket kits, equipment support, diet and gym support, job opportunities, or other benefits are merit-based and subject to grading, availability, and RBCL policy. They are not guaranteed to every participant.
